Built for business

Built around the legal needs of entrepreneurs and growing businesses

Entrepreneur Legal® US is the business-law practice of Law Offices of Gabriel C. Mbanefo, P.C., established in New York in 2014.

Since its founding, the practice has supported entrepreneurs and businesses across a wide range of commercial matters, combining legal expertise with an understanding of the practical issues that businesses face as they start, operate and grow.

As those needs have evolved, so has Entrepreneur Legal.

Alongside traditional attorney services, Entrepreneur Legal now offers StartWise™ Drafting — a guided platform designed to give businesses a more structured way to create tailored first drafts of business legal documents.

Today, a business can use StartWise™ for a suitable self-service drafting need, request separately provided attorney review or consultation, or engage Entrepreneur Legal directly for individualized legal advice, negotiation, bespoke drafting and broader legal support.

2Clear ways to work with Entrepreneur Legal

Two ways to work with Entrepreneur Legal

Choose the route that fits the need

Attorney-led legal services and guided self-service drafting serve different needs, while remaining connected through Entrepreneur Legal.

StartWise™ Drafting

A guided way to create business legal documents

StartWise™ helps businesses create tailored first drafts through structured, document-specific workflows.

Instead of starting with a generic template or deciding what to ask a general-purpose AI chatbot, you select the document you need and answer guided questions designed around that type of agreement, policy or business relationship.

StartWise™ uses your answers, together with relevant saved business information and document-specific drafting logic, to create a tailored first draft. Drafting Notes can also identify assumptions, follow-up points and matters that may require further attention.

StartWise™ Drafting is not legal advice, attorney review, legal approval or legal sign-off. Attorney review, consultations and bespoke legal services are separate services.

Choose the appropriate level

Choose the level of support that fits the matter

Not every business legal need requires the same approach.

A relatively routine document may be suitable for structured self-service drafting. Other matters involve legal judgment, negotiation, state-specific issues, regulation, substantial commercial risk or unusual circumstances and may require individualized attorney support.

Entrepreneur Legal brings different levels of assistance together so businesses can choose an appropriate starting point.

01

StartWise™ Drafting

Use an available guided workflow to create a tailored first draft.

02

Attorney Review

Request fixed-scope attorney review of an eligible document where the available review service fits the matter.

03

Legal Consultation

Speak with an attorney where you need advice, strategy or assistance determining the appropriate legal approach.

04

Bespoke Legal Services

Engage Entrepreneur Legal where the matter requires individualized drafting, negotiation, analysis or broader legal support.

Why businesses work with Entrepreneur Legal

Legal experience applied with commercial judgment

01

Business-focused legal support

Legal advice should reflect the realities of the business, not simply identify legal issues. Our approach focuses on practical solutions that take account of legal requirements, commercial priorities and the circumstances of the matter.

02

The appropriate level of support

A routine agreement and a complex transaction do not require the same approach. StartWise™ provides a structured self-service option for suitable drafting needs, while attorney services are available where individualized legal judgment or representation is required.

03

Technology informed by legal experience

StartWise™ uses document-specific guided workflows rather than requiring users to determine the right legal questions or AI prompts themselves. It is designed to make the drafting process more structured while preserving a clear distinction between self-service drafting and attorney advice.

04

International perspective

Businesses increasingly operate across borders. Entrepreneur Legal's experience working with businesses in the United States, United Kingdom and internationally provides a broader commercial perspective while legal services remain subject to the jurisdiction and scope of the particular engagement.

How can we help?

StartWise™ Drafting is a self-service guided drafting platform and is not legal advice, attorney review, legal approval or legal sign-off. Creating an account, using StartWise™, purchasing drafting credits or generating a document does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship. Attorney review, consultations and bespoke legal services are separately provided only where expressly agreed and subject to applicable conflicts, onboarding and engagement requirements.
